Port the layout fixes from archive #414 to the catalogue-driven prescribing workspace: wrap long action copy instead of truncating, use a stable mobile card grid, and add a Playwright regression for horizontal overflow. Co-authored-by: BigSimmo <BigSimmo@users.noreply.github.com>
